Filli AI offers both a Free Tier and paid subscription plans (Unlimited Pro). By subscribing to a paid tier:

You authorize our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
All pricing is clearly indicated on our website and in the checkout screen prior to purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Filli AI to perform unauthorized attacks, inject malicious code into systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test, or bypass legal authentication barriers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that generated data will meet every specific form validation constraint on all third-party sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filli AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
